Thank you for letting us rent your home. One thing to mention. We are no longer treated like home owners by the staff at Watercolor. We got second class status as renters while there. The adults and our teenage granddaughter each had their own bed/bath and our 4 grandsons loved the bunk beds, each with their own TV! The main floor was spacious with plenty of seating in the family room and at the dining room table. I loved cooking in the kitchen and on the grill outside and the washer/dryer came in very handy!! The highlights for our grandkids were the pool in the backyard and the golf cart! The home is in a great location with easy access to the Publix grocery store and all the shops in that strip mall area; the various pools in the Watercolor edition; and the 30A highway with all the restaurants and shops. Having access to Watercolor Inn, Camp Watercolor and the neighborhood pool with our wristbands was another huge bonus and added a variety of options for things to do!! We always had great communication with the staff at Sanders Beach Rentals! They kept us informed with necessary information and answered all our questions quickly!
