This condo is beautifully decorated, has all amenities that you could think of, incredible views, and private beach access just steps away. There are steep stairs the lead down to the beach so if that’s an issue for a traveler, just take note. We had no problems and enjoyed the extra exercise. The beds were so comfortable, nice towels and linens, exceptional kitchen. Our young children loved this place too. There were board games and puzzles available in the unit.We enjoyed walking to the Blue Mountain Bakery and Creamery almost daily. We also rented bikes and enjoyed those as well. This was like a little slice of heaven. We all felt rejuvenated and relaxed. The views were incredible — it felt like having a private beach right outside the door. The home was spacious, clean, exactly as advertised, and the kitchen was fully stocked.A few small things could be improved (like adding more towel hooks, refreshing some outdoor furniture, and updating the master bed), but overall the location and comfort made for a wonderful stay. Clearly has been updated with nice fixtures/amenities. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of storage for our groceries. The air conditioner worked very good. The guest bedroom stayed on the warmer side but there is a fan. If your guests like being cool I would bring an extra fan with you. The master bedroom would freeze if you turned the air down any lower. Bathrooms were very nice throughout. The laundry room was nice and we might just buy the same washer/dryer because they were great. We enjoyed the living room and kitchen area where we spent majority of our time when not on beach. The patio on gulf side was nice and had a shower and hose where you could wash your feet off before entering the home. The carport accommodated our Yukon xl okay. Loved having use of the blackstone but the people before us left it kind of dirty. I have one at home and I cleaned it up really well after each use. It is really nice to have and hopefully people will take care of it so will last. Even though there are stairs to get to the beach it wasn’t bad and once on the beach you are close to the water. Only complaint has nothing to do with the townhome. There is a company who puts out chairs & umbrellas front and center on the private beach. Even when we got down there before they put out their chairs and umbrellas they would place their chairs in front of our chairs. We would have to move on down to have no obstruction. Definitely will be back to visit again. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable. We enjoyed that the condo complex was smaller and the beach was far less crowded than near by beaches like Seaside and Watercolor. My only negative, and I do mean only one, is that I feel like there could have been a couple more hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels and swimsuits. We had the best week here and cannot wait to stay again in the future! The place is clean, well appointed, and perfect for kiddos and adults. We so appreciated the thoughtfulness of the hosts in providing plasticware instead of only ceramic/glass for our kiddos in the kitchen and the absence of all the potentially breakable decor on tables/nightstands. The bunk bed space is so cute and cozy - a favorite space for kids! There is also a pack and play available, though we brought and used our own. It would be convenient to not have to pack one and just bring sheets for it if you’ll need it. A couple of beach chairs and beach towels are provided as well. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need (utensils/pots/pans/dishes/few spices). Location is right on the beach with a beautiful view and steps just outside to the private beach area, so you don’t have to fight for a spot on the beach. It’s within walking distance of several places to eat and still just a short drive to other spots along 30A. We did not have any issues to need to contact the host. You can also rent chairs and sit under an umbrella all day (which we did). We also thought having an outdoor shower was great because it allowed us to get all the sand off. There are many amazing restaurants in the area or you can venture down 30A. This home is absolutely perfect for families. The host is very communicative and very accommodating. This is the first time that I have stayed along 30A and felt like it was worth what I was paying. Every little detail inside the townhome is so beautifully done! The owners are very kind and answer any questions you might have very quickly! It is within walking distance to many great places like Blue Mountain Creamery. There is plenty of easy parking and it is easy to get in and out. The kitchen is huge and well-stocked. We love to cook and it had everything we needed. The pictures don't do justice to all of the beautiful details and colors all around. There is a big window looking out at the ocean in the living room. You can just walk right onto the deck and step down and it just a small distance to the stairs down to the ocean. It is quiet up at the townhome and the beach is quiet because it is private. We rented chairs through LDV and they did a great job. There are two chairs like the ones you can rent up at the townhome that you can carry down if you'd like. There is also an outdoor shower and faucet to rinse your body or feet before coming back in from the beach. There is plenty of privacy on the deck and on the balcony that looks over the ocean upstairs. There are big glass doors in the master bedroom that opens to a wonderful balcony. You can see the amazing view from the master bathroom too! The bathrooms are very nice and there is plenty of hot water! Even for 6! It was perfect and so relaxing! We had an amazing week stay and will absolutely be back. The home is very comfortable and has an amazing location steps away from the beach. They did not miss a detail when renovating and decorating the home - the sheets were so soft, stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture. You can’t beat this location. You’re steps from a private beach, a short walk to the bakery and shops and have pool access for when the kids get beached out. We will definitely return next year! ##### Marlena G.
