First visit in Mexico City and I’m very picky about hotels, this hotel is 10/10, the location is perfect between OXXO y 7/11, el Angel, metro is like 6 minute walk, and is lined with restaurants and stores. The room was 10/10, very clean nice Tv, nice view, big bathroom, comfortable bed, air conditioner was awesome for when it got hot, as a women I felt very safe going in and out around the hotel area. The only issue was the WIFI going in and out sometimes but otherwise perfect! You can hear the toilets from the next room when they flush, but otherwise very quiet. Would recommend and stay again! Staff is very friendly and helpful!

Stefany, the front desk attendant who checked us in was especially great, courteous and gave us a great room. Thank you for an exceptional stay in every way. Our stay was amazing. We visited for a long weekend from Florida. Wanting the cooler weather Mexico City offered due to its elevation. We arrived well before check in. Our room was ready without asking. Our goal was to relax and refresh. The hotel did not disappoint. The roof top restaurant was amazing and the staff was perfect. We left the hotel to visit one museum. The rest of our stay was relaxing in the multiple lounges and eating at the hotel. Breakfast was simple but also very good. Not a USA continent buffet, but a small menu that was included with the room fee. There was also a larger menu that had items you could request with payment. There is a small park across the street. However, it is a marijuana acceptance zone. People go to this location to smoke marijuana. It is not a park the visit and hang out (unless that is your thing). Our rooms terrace faves the park. We did not have any issues with odor from the use of marijuana at the park. The arch of the hotel is old world with a remodel that kept true to the buildings heritage. It is definitely worth a return visit.

Clean and as expected! Staff was polite and professional. The room was cozy and a/c super cold. It was on the very edge of Polanco but still very walkable and centrally located. My only complaint is that it took a bit of tries to figure out the hot and cold water in the shower but figured it out.
