Me and my wife have been all over the world but we found this hidden paradise gem and we couldn’t have asked for anything more . The staff are exceptional people and will cater to any needs you have or advice on anything in the area . The facilities are absolutely relaxed and the pool area is very amazing . They also have great entertainment every single night . It’s not a big hotel club scene so don’t expect that but just relaxing and enjoying the amazing food and the chefs showcase was beyond our expectations . The jungle bungalows are so amazing it’s 2 stories up so you feel like your floating on your balcony . Overall is a 10/10 on everything we didn’t encounter one single thing that we didn’t like to be honest . It’s not the place it’s the people and these people are about the best and kindest on this planet . Enjoy .

Excellent Resort, especially all the excellence club amenities

The staff couldn't be more friendly and eager to please the guests. Even though the hotel has minor things to improve, is kept really clean, staff is always working to maintain the cleanliness and tidying up after the guests. Landscaping is kept immaculate. The only thing I did not like about the hotel is that whithin the first days you arrive there is a dedicated team that is always trying to sell you either time shares in the hotel or VIP rooms, to the point that it gets annoying, i learned that if I told them that it was my last day they would leave me alone. That is the only negative thing I could say about the hotel. Food was magnificent, a lot of variety to choose from. The lazy river was great, it had a pool bar. Every night we had great shows. Bowling, take my advice, sign up and go to dinner and come back, the wait time is big. The beach was small but beautiful. What more can I say, you won't be disappointed if you book here.
