San José Vacation Packages

The staff was absolutely amazing however the resort is in need of a lot of repairs. We switched rooms due to the hot water not working. Then the resort didn’t have wine, the “2nd restaurant” was only for the “honeymoon package” and the beach bar never opened. The views were beautiful and we made the best of it! The beach and sunset were spectacular. We heard the property sold when we were there so hopefully the needed repairs are done.

We had an excellent experience at Suitree hotel. It was truly a memorable experience that we will cherish for many years ahead. We especially loved the service at the Taru restaurant. The staff was excellent- kind and anticipated your needs before you did! Very attentive! The specialty restaurants were fantastic! The property is huge so bring your walking game. The beach is not owned by resort and before we went we were cautioned by friends of sand fleas on the beach that can create an itchy ankle hassle while trying to sleep- bring bug spray! The weather every day was fantastic! Rooms are dated but decent and I slept like a baby! Nothing to do but enjoy and relax!

The place was gorgeous, big and clean! Angel was really helpful and nice. The cats around the property were sweet and fun to chill with.

1st off, the hotel property was VERY CLEAN!! Theres always someone cleaning. Super good. Everything is is good working order, all the restaurants are great but we’re a buffet family so we spent most of the time there. Lol. Our room was good size, staff is very nice and friendly. Don’t have 1 negative thing to say. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It is super FAMILY FRIENDLY and oh I forgot, there’s a water park here too. 😂😂
