Dirty and Innacurate Description
This was by far the dirtiest rental I have ever been in. It looked like nothing was cleaned at all from a previous renter. There were flies in the room, and multiple live and dead spiders and spiderwebs all over the house and floor. There was no soap in the bathrooms and no garbage bags. There was a bucket of old lobster and crab shells outside which made it stink so bad. There was also broken glass from a bottle outside. The yard was unusable. I will be contacting VRBO because there is no way this was cleaned before our arrival and we are charged a cleaning fee… for what?! We took photos for proof as well. We left the house cleaner than when we arrived. Not sanitary or kid friendly at all for a 10 month old, 1 year old, and 3 year old. The house is not cared for and pictures on the VRBO site our outdated and not accurate. There were stains on the walls, furniture, and dirty handprints in the bathroom. The king size bed advertised on the website was actually two twin beds put together. I can keep going, but ugh, if I could give zero stars I would. The only good thing about this place was the smart lock worked, Netflix was set up, and it was close to our relatives house where we stayed majority of the time due to the uncleanliness of this rental.
