Staff is very friendly and patience when assisting us. While the hotel does not have star rated facilities, it is a great economical option as accommodation. 1 minute walk from Tsukuba Express Misato-chou station. From Misato-chou station can easily get to Akihabara station to transit to other route (including monorail to Haneda).

つくばエクスプレス線三郷中央駅から至近の公園の中にあり、閑静な環境。部屋はシングルのダブルベッド仕様。浴室は東横インのデフォルト仕様である平凡な浴室トイレ一体のユニットバスのため、好き嫌いは分かれるが、浴室はお湯を溜めて入浴するのには十分なスペースは保たれている。 オープンから６年弱だが、施設はきれいに保たれている。 自慢の無料朝ビュッフェのレベルは平凡そのものだが、無料であれば十分満足できるレベル。 また、近くにOKストアやマルエツ、至近にローソンなど買い出しは可能であるほか、館内共有スペース一階にもビール・チューハイ購入可能な自販機もあり、夜時間には酒盛りしている若者も。 外食も多くはないが居酒屋チェーン、中華屋、イタリアン、蕎麦屋、ステーキガストと、それなりに確保はできている。 総じてコストパフォーマンスは高い。
