"We had a great stay! The property was close to everything yet still quiet and peaceful, which made it the best of both worlds. The hosts were solid communicators, very flexible, and offered a fair price—everything felt easy and stress-free. The garden was absolutely beautiful and added so much charm to the experience. Highly recommend!"
"This cottage (Home) is fantastic. Clean, modern and artfully decorated. This is our second time we stayed here and we were not disappointed. The caretaker Lynn was very attentive and responsive if we had questions. She checked in on us frequently to make sure we were comfortable. If you are considering a trip to St Augustine we highly recommend this rental."

"Beautiful spacious home. A short walk to the historic district or if you prefer to Uber, rides readily available. Short drive to the beach. The distillery tour/tasting is a must. Host was very responsive; replying quickly. "

"This property was very very clean and spacious feeling. We loved staying here. Property had a large fenced in yard and a great front porch with comfortable rocking chairs. There is also off street parking at this location. Beds were very comfortable and felt new. This two bedroom also had a large bathroom with laundry facilities, a beautiful eat in kitchen and living room and was very nicely decorated. Property was secured with deadbolts and coded entry making us feel safe and secure. Location was really great being just a few minutes drive from Historic Downtown St. Augustine and only 15 minutes from many different beaches in the area. We loved how quiet the neighborhood was and its convenient location. Would definitely stay again. The only couple small issues we had were that there was a noticeable musty smell inside the home, which could be resolved simply by running a dehumidifier regularly in the property, and that we would have liked curtains on the front and back door and large kitchen window to make us feel even more secure and relaxed. "
