"This resort was better than expected. My husband my daughter and I stayed for 3 days and wish we would have booked even just one more. The whole resort is so beautiful and convenient. You can walk to the restaurants there which are amazing and the pools in each village is awesome. We really loved it & can’t wait to go back. Thinking of making it a spring break tradition. TY! paradise resort for a much needed getaway. "

"Staff was great. Only opportunity is the property and value for my money. Room had old furniture and has a smell. Location of hotel is not at all helpful. Our room was towards the back of hotel we had to move car location for safety to prevent any breakin. I will not be staying here ever. "

"Staff were welcoming from the time we checked in. The location was convenient and the hotel has plenty of amenities - from the basketball court to games to borrow to a pretty well-stocked breakfast - we were comfortable and had fun. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. "

"The doors and walls had dirt smudges all over the place. The bathroom door jam was jacked up. TV channel changer seemed to work intermittently"

"I didn't actually get to stay here because Hotels.com never conveyed my reservation to the hotel. After and hour and a half sitting in the lobby, I was finally re-directed to a different hotel. However, the front desk staff were absolutely supportive and sympathetic, so 5 stars for them. The place also looked great, although I only saw the lobby."

"We liked the location--close to the harbor, Liberty Station and Mission Bay. Parking was easily available close to our room and parking fee was reasonable ($10/day). Room was pretty basic but clean and had everything we needed. Property is very close to the airport, but we weren't bothered by the noise. They do provide earplugs, but we didn't need them; I think the A/C acts as white noise. My only complaint is that there wasn't a lot of table space--we brought in breakfast and had to eat it on the bed. All in all, I would definitely stay here again."
