« Fantastic view, cant say enough about sunrise and sunset. Nice away from it all spot close enough to places to go fora really good balance. The road in isa back road on the cape going any faster than 5mph will rattle you around but totally worth the slow roll in. »

« We had a wonderful few days here! The house was very clean and well-stocked for a family of four - cozy, nostalgic beach house feel, as we could tell from the pictures, but charming and comfortable. And the beach just outside the door was so quiet and beautiful, we spent most of our time on the porch or beach, soaking up the sun. Perfect stay! »

« Location worked out great for us, we were able to visit, Fall River, drive up the cape, visit Boston, Plymouth,Salem, Gloucester MA (Hammond Castle), and even Kennebunkport ME all in a week! House is clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable, only suggestion is maybe new covers on the furniture in the living room and a Keurig but other than that our stay way fantastic. Loved swifts beach and that we could walk there! Thanks for a great week!! »

« The cottage had everything we needed for a great beach vacation. The location was perfect for day trips and the bay beach was chilly but beautiful! The town of Sandwich was lovely and we had a great dinner at the Belfrey on our last night. We'll definitely be back. »

« We were there for a BD/family reunion in mult places around the local area. We just used the place to sleep as we were visiting local area family members. Spent part of a day at the local beach, just a couple of min walk to the beach. Clean, very good comms with owner, beach cottage neighborhood, small but perfect for our needs. »

« Great place for me and my husband. Pictures were extremely accurate. Beautiful view from the Deck and very peaceful and quiet. Well stocked and very clean. Just one thing...the remote for the living room TV needed to be charged. No batteries...its solar and there is a charger in the living room for the TV. This should be added to the book, as I had never seen anything like this before and couldn't figure out how to work it. Attempted to email the property manager and they had no idea about the...

« Great place to get away and simply be. Quiet, peaceful, picturesque. Definitely a driving destination as grocery/restaurants are a distant walk. House is charming and in a quaint neighborhood, lets you settle in as a local. »

« Unit was very clean and comfortable. But there wasnt any body washing soap in unit just liquid hand soap. Also was a bit warm in unit even though it says AC available but unable to bring temperture below 73 degrees.. »

« We had a wonderful week at this home! Being on the water, watching the sunrise each morning along with all the boats throughout the day was our favorite part. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! Our kids enjoyed the ping pong table and ms. pac man game in the basement and we enjoyed many laughs and family fun down there. Communication from the host was great. The beach access is a short walk at the end of the street. We enjoyed combing the beach for shells and rocks...
