"The ac was broken, the door to the room next door didn't lock I put the dresser up next to it, I had 2 small children and the dresser had a huge chip of the marble missing and could of caused damage if they hit their head or anything in that matter. There was a bbq by the pool in which we thought was a community bbq and someone from a room came out and yelled at us for using it since it was theirs even though it was at the pool, Jacuzzi and table area. The Jacuzzi was not hot the toilet barely flushed and the sink smelled like sewer problems. Not a fun stay at all"

"In the pictures it perceives a much better hotel and you get there and it was just so run down. Needs some work. The room we stayed in was a bay view it wasn’t bad. The parking situation was terrible. The angling of the whole parking structure was off because the hotel is in the size of a circle. One thing that I will say was excellent is the customer service!!"

"Nice well kept older hotel. Very friendly staff. Conveniently located near Sea World and the rest of San Diego. Loved the little mini beach nearby that we could relax on with the kids. "
