Muskoka Bay Resort

"The room was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the room was cozy. The front staff were very friendly and accommodating. The balcony was large and we were able to watch the golfers on the course. The whole property was exceptional. The sky bar was not open but we were able to view the other outdoor pool. The views of the golf course by the clubhouse were amazing. We look forward to our next visit."

"Our first impression at the helpfulness of front desk created a feeling of a true welcome. We were greeted by Mo who went above and beyond to ensure our room was comfortable. He also gave us excellent details on the attractions and sights to see in town during our stay. This helped us tremendously to e experience what the town had to offer."

"There are connected to Chuck's Roadhouse. And have a pool but it's shallow and a big hot tube and a sauna. Free breakfast. The room was clean. 10 minutes away from downtown. And the stuff was friendly"

"Spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Good tub. Loved having a kitchenette and a grocery store next door. Cute little pool. They are doing renovations though I did not find it to interrupt my stay at all. Had alternative ‘milk’ options for the breakfast which was nice and unexpected. Staff were attentive and lovely."

"A little dated, the restaurant was good, doing some hotel renovation when we were there but was not noisy. Many other entities use hotel property as a base, Ontario northland bus stop and muskoka cruise boat port. Not a bad place for the price."

"In general, very good. But two specific issue. Breakfast had more issues than anticipated: 10 deep at the toaster was an issue, maybe purchase a heavy duty one?; on a busy morning seems to have been no anticipation running out of eggs at 7:30 doesn't work for us and two thirds of the breakfast 2 hours had limited food.. We had a handicap room. It would be nice to actually have a chair in the room. The single rolling chair at the desk was pathetic, another easy chair would make the room actually 2 people friendly. The television service was unfriendly, did not have many commercial stations (too many of them from the west coast), and don't even talk about the guide. It was disconcerting to have all the handicap rooms on the 2nd floor. I understand the first floor had no rooms, but in an emergency too many of the people on that 2nd floor CANNOT use the stairs (certainly I couldn't). So, probably too much detail, but there were issues. Would we come back? Absolutely! Great staff, clean as a whistle and convenient."
