"Good service, not a lot of entertainment (specially if u go with kids). The food is great, but be careful, we aet at the mexican restaurant (caracol) and the service was good but they didn't tell us the wine bottle was not included and we ended up paying 130 for 2 bottles of wine, just make sure u ask for what's included. We assume that they were included because the previews day at dinner if was given to us free of charge. Hospitality is good but the hotel is not well maintained. Overall is was a good experience."
