"Place was great, docked 1 star because I feels silly that I paid a cleaning fee but I had to take out my own trash in the basement (we stayed on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator)"

"We stayed in 442, it was very clean and unique. Communications were good. Area was fun to be in, near Seatle University. We would suggest a couple of things be included with the rental. A TV and more amenities in the kitchen (can opener, wine opener, baking pans, colander). In the bedrooms either shelves or a small dresser for non hanging clothes. In the area where the couch is, maybe a table to place things on. From Apt 442 it is hard to see the mountains, but nice views of the overall area."

Small but comfy, with chair, sofa and desk / desk chair, so possible to work or just relax. The bed in my unit was up on a loft and required going up a fairly straight up metal ladder of 5 steps.
