I would stay here again!

Great place to stay if wanting to be close to downtown! The only thing I would change is the spider webs in the backyard makes it difficult to enjoy the beautiful yard. The light in the bathroom seems to flicker and turn off and the fan is delayed when there is anything plugged in. The place was clean and the host is very communicative! I would definitely stay again.

This was a safe little neighborhood but the apartment itself was a tad bit run down. The photos hide the imperfections but that didn't impact our stay. I did reach out to the property manager to request a fan because we got really hot during the night. He said he would check with the maintenance people but never got back with me, so I ended up purchasing a small fan and we left it at the property for others to use should they need it. The worst part about this place was on the first two days, while entering the apartment, the first thing upon opening the door was the strong smell of cat urine. I have COPD and that is one smell that seriously impacts my breathing. I purchased some air freshener and sprayed all around the door and baseboards which took care of the odor. Oddly, there was a light in the interior stairwell going upstairs that would would come on at random times. I think the switch must of been in the upstairs apartment and the people up there may of turned it on by mistake as we could never find a switch for it downstairs. My favorite thing about this apartment was the bed. The mattress was by far one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. So much so, that I am going to try to find one for my home. Overall, we give Green Lake Zen Low Level Garden Suite 8 out of 10. It is not the Ritz Carlton, but not a Motel 6 either.

Ultra cozy and quiet!

Very cozy spot to return to after hours of exploring. We loved the quiet neighborhood, and the shops nearby. The easy access to interstate 5 was also a plus. Personally I found the bed and linens very soft and comfortable. Even though the top floor was being rented out, the neighbors upstairs were very quiet and we had 0 issues. Also the little patio outside was very lovely. We would return again, especially for the location and the ability to park our rental car.

SCAM, please do yourself a favour and do not book this property. You will be required to upload sensitive personal information, as well as extra payment, to a site built by the host in order to receive check in information, despite being warned by Expedia not to provide payment information to any site outside of Expedia after booking. If you’re uncomfortable providing that information and extra payment to their strange website you will not receive check in information, and no refund will be issued. Learn from our mistake and do not book this property.

A nice suite with condiments in the kitchen. Makes me feel like coming home after a day out. Good coffee supplied and a nice sharp cutting knife ready to make dinner. Other little things around that make it feel like a home. In winter take warm cushy socks as the door opens to the living room and makes it cool on the floor. Not able to control heat, but it was at a temperature I liked -maybe not for others? I will look for this place again when needed
