"Me cambiaron de habitación tres veces, el aire acondicionado no servia, no había mini bar, no había secador, me dieron una cama mas chica y cada vez que hablaba para solicitar el cambio se molestaba el personal, no nos dejaron edredón porque estaban full y nos dieron una cobija individual para una cama king size y hacia mucho frio."
