The staff was friendly and very helpful. I stayed in a hotel nearby and had the same safe feel without the up charge. My only complaint were the towels; they were not great at all. They seemed like old used towels that need to get update for sure. I travel with my own towels for this reason but that was the only bad thing at this place other than that everything else is amazing. The place is centrally located, close to restaurants, shopping and not far from main roads/freeway. The rooms are clean, and includes a small size kitchen with fridge/stove/sink (cookware and utensils must be requested from the front desk) which we have not had the chance to use it so cannot rate on that, but could be a bonus to have. Know there’s a bridge so you can go walking to the mall. Very convenient. I like this place the only thing is the parking is not that big specially for a truck. Local food truck vendors walking distance. Lion Fish restaurant on the side (my favorite restaurant in TJ!). And not to mention, the flower stand in front of hotel.
