The good: Location, there was a small jar of coffee grounds ready to go, the building is secure via personal pass code, neighbors were quiet. The bad : cleanliness, floors had been mopped but after walking around barefoot the bottom of my feet were black. The shower was a death trap, slippery as a slip and slide, the water never gets over Luke warm at best, the windows had a great view to the ocean but we're filthy, i could not find any heat control and the nights were brisk. Will i stay here again? probably yes. The location cannot be beat and now i know what to expect. ##### Cain M.
