Fully remodeled 2bd/2ba condo is our slice of paradise offered to you. This modern 1300 SF Mexicana decorated condo has everything that you'll need to feel at home for however long your time with us will be. The Space:
Whether you are staying short-term and need a place to relax or looking for long-term rental, the high end finishes including Thermador and Genn-air appliances will make living an breeze. Condo has reverse osmosis ("RO") system for sink tap and ice maker for your stay. We are a convenient 45 min from downtown San Diego, CA and another 60 min to Valle De Guadalupe.

We love our home and the beautiful area that surrounds us. An item to note is that we have a TV in the living room which is only viewed once the sun goes down. This is a key element of our lifestyle which we hope you take to heart. We want you to enjoy the outdoors during the day, and come inside only at night for a movie and the sound of the waves.

We are happy to suggest restaurants, drivers, and things to do so please let us know and we will be happy to help!

Guest Access:
24/7 gated property with one car parking inside. Your name and car plate number will be listed at the gate for access inside the property.

The Neighborhood:
Located 10 min south of Rosarito beach hotel. This is a quite area which has a mix of owned rentals and long term residents. If you are interested in purchasing a unit within the building after your stay, we are happy to assist with any questions you may have.

Getting Around:
We provide transportation suggestions for our guests in the onsite binder which detail potential drivers used by us personally. Uber is also available for short trips around Rosarito!

Interaction with Guests:
Available if needed but the on-site binder covers most of the questions you might have.
