No open buffet for lunch or dinner, need to sit and wait for the order which is not convenient for someone who needs a bite a food not a full meal that’s also result in longer wait time when you try to get into one of the restaurants Despite of being on an all inclusive plan you need to sign for each and everything you pick, drinks, water, etc.. listing room # , print name and sign on each bill Different wifi access from room to main facility to the flamingo hotel which has majority of restaurants

We come here once or twice a year. We like the property and the people. Its annonying having that despite being all inclusive you still have to sign every single bill.

Not much of a beach left, still beautiful

We caught the bus to Playa Mismaloya hoping to enjoy a beach day however the beach is quite small and the best part is owned by the Barcelo hotel and not open to the public. The rest of the beach is very narrow in depth and is crowded out by restaurants and fishing boats. We wound up going to the zoo to make the most of our trip.
