"My husband and I had a wonderful stay in Miami at the Sherry Frontenac. We booked a deluxe oceanfront room with a balcony, and the view was absolutely stunning. The room was clean, fresh-smelling, and well maintained, and the staff was warm, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout our stay. While the hallways are a bit dated and could use new carpeting, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. This isn’t a brand-new hotel—it was built in 1947—and its vintage charm is part of what makes it special. Parking was easy and affordable. We parked two blocks away at O’Connell Boathouse for just $5 a day using the ParkMobile app, which was incredibly convenient. Overall, our stay was absolutely worth the money, and we had a fantastic time. The breakfast was decent, and there’s a boardwalk just beyond the property that’s perfect for a stroll. One of my favorite parts of the trip was the few cats around the property—I adored them and even brought a little treat for them each day. I also noticed some guests complaining about not receiving fresh towels daily, but I simply hung mine up to reuse, just like I do at home. All in all, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we would gladly return."

"The room wasn’t as clean as it was the last time I stayed. When we moved a chair, we found a used bandage with gauze underneath. There was makeup smeared on the bathroom light switch. The air conditioner wasn’t working properly. It would run continuously until we realized we had to shut it off. I believe that the thermostat was faulty. Also, we couldn’t use the room phone to call the lobby desk. One of the mattresses was lumpy and uncomfortable. Since we were only there for 2 nights, we put up with everything. The staff was very friendly. There isn’t much of a kitchen. There was a keurig, tea bags, coffee pods and bottled water. Instead of a mini fridge, we had a cooler that was supposed to keep the temperature at 40 degrees but it didn’t. We put bags of ice in the cooler to keep our water cool. Also, their food and drink items are grossly overpriced. Needless to say, I don’t recommend using this hotel."

"Beach was amazing except that one of the kids working on the beach told a couple that they couldn’t be there sitting in the lawn chairs but that talked him out of it because they “live there” in Miami. They changed the vibes of the environment and not in a good way. Other than that the hotel was beautiful, the staff attentive except don’t call for room service, they won’t come help you. Would stay there again. "

"The room was cleaner and better than I thought it would be. I traveled with my mom she was very happy with the room and the lower level floor the overnight front desk provided. The hotel staff did not clean the room everyday which was a bit disappointing but definitely not a deal breaker. The morning breakfast buffet was pretty good but after 2-3 days it became very bland, no bacon or different options every other day. We did love the Pancake maker it was great, might have to search for a mini version. My mom loved the option of having Spanish/English church service on Sunday as she was not able to attend her own. There was a staff member Maria Jose that I gave her a very good tip to share with her coworkers, not sure if she was able to split with the other kitchen assistant. All an All, I was very delighted going to the Holiday Inn. Thank you!"

"Breackfast was very basic, the only fruit they offer is orange, great waffle maker. The pool was dirty, the staircases were pretty dirty."

"Rooms are great. This was the most friendliest Hotel I have stay in every. I have stayed here 4 years ago but this trip everyone went out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Worth the Money "
