Our room is face the harbor , we were enjoy the beautiful views day & night . Room is super clean , hotel allow us check in early , that is nice gesture . Second , Hotel is located in the center of very things Empress hotel has beautiful flower garden , Hop on & hop off tour bus , horse carriage ride , bike ride rental water taxes ,Etc.Ect.Ect all in walking distance. There are tons of fun things you can enjoy it , with hotel convenience location ."

It was very clean and the staff was so kind and friendly. We had dinner at Janevca and breakfast at the hotel. That was some of the best food we have had! We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely be coming back! Thank you to all the staff for your amazing work :)"
