"The location of this home is great! It is a quick walk to Andy Rosse and having docks available for fishing and Manatee watching was a major plus. The house itself is in some need of updating, but nothing major. I would definitely rent it again. "

This was our first time staying on Captiva (we usually stay on Sanibel) and Captiva has won our hearts. Can’t wait to come back! "Tween Waters was amazing!!! Our Studio King room with Ocean View in the Sea Grape was beautiful and completely updated!! We could see the most beautiful sunsets right from our private balcony!! "This property is in a perfect location to access all Captiva has to offer. Wonderful view of the bay with pool along the waters edge. Good dock for a large boat as well as fishing off the dock. Nice large screened porch and lots of den/eating/kitchen space. Communication was very good with property manager. "

The house is stunning, spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. Every detail felt thoughtful and welcoming. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. We saw dolphins everyday at the bay and also at the beach. We made wonderful memories here with our family, from morning coffee with ocean breezes to gorgeous sunsets every night. We can’t wait to come back!"
"The house was just what we had expected- however we did miss the part of the one bedroom being downstairs off the main level. It is in the description so that’s on us. Our kids loved the pool and the short walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. When I did need to reach out to Kevin regarding a propane tank he got it taken care of the same evening.
