The beach and pool were awesome as well as the rec area. Rode their bikes everyday. Food was excellent and tiki bar was awesome. A very fun shelling beach and many other amenities. Any kitchen utensil that we needed was there. Here's what didn't work: 1-We were told that maid service was every three days when we checked in. We assumed that, at minimum, that meant replacing the used towels at least once. We did not have any maid service during our six day stay. 2-There was only ONE kitchen towel. There really should 3-4! The room I stayed in was brand new and very nice. Staff was polite, responsive, and helpful. Great pool area with plenty of seating, drink/food service at your chairs, and the kids loved the water slide. Then for check out the system evidently had an issue and tried to charge me for what I had paid for on Expedia.
