"Hotel was clean and located in a nice area. First time my wife and I had visited this area. This is a no conract hotel and we had no issues with that all. Would stay here again."

"This Beach Home Has Been Our Fav So Far, Its Beautiful, Modern, Clean, Has All the Needs! It's a Huge Home with a Huge Pool! We Loved It Every day! The Landscape Also Was Beautiful! We Wished They Had Decked Out the Basement with Game Room Vibes for The Older Children/Younger Adults/Everyone, It's A Huge Unused Space & That Seems Like the Perfect Option. The 3 Bedrooms Facing the Ocean Didn't Have Tv's. It Wasn't a Huge Inconvenience as We Were Hanging with Family Instead but We All Missed Watching TV Before Bed. We Thought It Was Odd the Master Bedrooms Didn't Have A TV. We Were Bummed That the Water Features nor the Water Fountains or the Fire Table Didn't Work. It Also Didn't Seem Like the People Managing This House Represented It Very Well, We Were Told No Fans, No Beach Chairs Etc. so We Rented Beach Chairs and When We Got There, They Had Plenty of Beach Chairs, It Was Too Late to Cancel the Reservations for the Beach Chairs We Rented. Last Complaint Is That We All Were Eaten Alive by Bugs. Bring Bug Spray! All In All, Amazing Place! Our Fav So Far. Beautiful Luxury Home! You Won't Be Disppaointed! "

"We loved this property! It was the perfect size for our family of 5 and the location can’t be beat. This was our first time staying on Captiva (we usually stay on Sanibel) and Captiva has won our hearts. Can’t wait to come back! The property owners were very responsive with checking in and answering any questions/concerns we had as well. "

"The Gulf view and the access to the beach is amazing…cannot be beat! I also loved that we could walk to the Green Flash for fantastic food and drinks (with a view). If I were to note any improvements, there was a Kurig coffee maker with no pods. The regular coffee pot did not have any filters. Overall a fantastic stay!"

"The house was nice and quiet. My party of 7 enjoyed the pool and the bikes. I have used rentals on SI for over 20 years and this is the only place that had spices and other small kitchen expendables. That is a bonus. One quick question to the host was answered quickly. "
"The cottage was definitely old and had terrible A/C problems during our entire stay. Temperature got up to 82 during the day and didn't cool down to around 70 till about 4am every morning. Very uncomfortable to try to sleep in. We couldn't use the livingroom area either due to all the big windows/doors that had excessive heat coming thru them. There are curtains but that only blocked some sunlight. The masterbedroom had no ceiling fan so we had 3 boxed fans at the foot of the bed to try to cool down. There is also a fireplace in there that has alot of heat coming into the room. We paid way too much to stay here for 5 nights and be so uncomfortable! Couldn't enjoy the cottage or any of the views since every blind & curtain had to stay closed. We won't ever stay here again."
"Great location and house was very clean. Appreciated the lawn chairs and umbrellas as we were flying so very convenient. Easy access to the beach for the teens and guys fished off the pier. Worked well for a 3 family vacation with teens .Also host was very responsive to our inquiries ,"
"Tween Waters was amazing!!! Our Studio King room with Ocean View in the Sea Grape was beautiful and completely updated!! We could see the most beautiful sunsets right from our private balcony!! The pool area was wonderful and the food and drinks were delicious!! We found the most beautiful shells on the beach! We can’t wait to come back!! Definitely 10/10!!"
"We just spent an unforgettable week at this beautiful home in Captiva, FL, and it was truly amazing! The house is stunning, spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. Every detail felt thoughtful and welcoming. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. We saw dolphins everyday at the bay and also at the beach. We made wonderful memories here with our family, from morning coffee with ocean breezes to gorgeous sunsets every night. We can’t wait to come back!"
