"Property was great but having the royal shell company enter the property the day after we checked to leave the check in details while we were out was really disappointing. We had all of our things out and came back to realize someone else had been in the apartment."

"The house is perfect for a large family. We had 6 adults and 2 3 year olds and we had plenty of rooms and space for all needs. There were plenty of chairs and umbrellas that are at the house for those to enjoy the beach. There were also plenty of kids toys for the beach so, no need to rent those. We did rent kayaks and used them off the beach since our seas were calm while we were there. We did encounter no-see-ums which is common this time of year, so, if you go around September or October plan on bringing spray (skin so soft). The pool was great, it is refreshing (even in September). It was a perfect house to rent for that perfect family beach vacation."

"The home has lots of character! The property is on the older side. The price was extremely reasonable! We did have a little trouble with the homes lighting system. The kids loved the pool. The home is spacious and comfortable! Lots of room for everyone."

"Excellent Property that hosted well to our large family! Wonderful to wake up with a coffee on the dock to check on our boat and then 10 second stroll across the front yard to watch the kiddos on the beach! We've been coming to Captiva for over 38 years and will rent this property again year after year! Highly Recommend during any time of the year!"
