Overall it is a nice place and convenient for local travel. I really think the $40 per person per day resort fee is outrageous. A lot of the place is privately owned or under construction. North Captiva Point House - Boat/Water Taxi Only **NEWLY RENOVATED **
Excellent rental on it’s own private peninsula at the tip of the island. You definitely need a golf cart to get around. Saw dolphin and manatee from the dock daily. Communication with the host was seamless. Beds could use a mattress upgrade. That’s the only fault I could find. Would 100% return.

New luxury pool home, 2 min to beach, 360 water views, club available
Beautiful house close to everything! Love the 360 views on top of the house! Perfect for viewing the breathtaking sunrise and sunset! We will be back!
