"If you’re looking for a tropical island paradise, this is it! The house, island, and host were amazing! We felt well taken care of the entire time we were there. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with almost everything you’ll need for cooking, relaxing, and enjoying the beach, pool, and the island in general. We cooked large meals every night and never felt like we were hurting for anything. The beach is super private…we only saw a handful of other people during the entire week we were there, which is refreshing after visiting other beaches in the area. We will be back!!!"

"This house was fantastic! We highly recommend! We came with family and our three kids. The kids room was perfect! They had all the amenities we needed/could’ve wanted! The hosts did such a great job of communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. We had such a wonderful time on the island!! We spent the mornings at the beach and afternoons at the pool. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation! "

"If you want to stay in paradise, this is the place!!! You start the vacation on a beautiful boat ride in with the property management company getting your bags to drive you to the property. After this amazing welcome, you'll be blown away by the home amenities. Private heated pool, 2 golf carts, hammock, ping pong and each bedroom has an en-suite! The island is golf cart only and not crowded. The food is AMAZING!! We go on about 3 family trips a year and this was by far our favorite! Highly recommend!!"

"This is the place you want to stay!!! House was immaculate, clean, modern, perfectly located and everything was as described. Sheila and Paula were amazing to work with as well. Everything was perfect. Lots of beach gear. Pool was amazing. 2 golf carts. There was absolutely nothing that we would change. Our family of 8 had plenty of room and could not have been happier. We will stay in this house on future visits! I really can’t express how happy you will be if you choose this home. Did I mention the manatees in the canal right behind the house? They even have those too!"

"We absolutely love this island. This was our first time staying with this property and they thought of everything. There is every dish/cooking dishes that you could want, numerous towels and beach towels. Plenty of beach toys, pool toys and more. "This was our second time staying at Beach’s Edge and it continues to be our favorite vacation spot. Easily the best views in the island right from your deck! The house is perfect and the addition of the hot tub on the upper deck made our stay even more fun. Kids loved playing on the beach, collecting shells and taking in amazing sunsets. We saw dolphins, osprey, manatee, tortoises etc! This house has plenty of room and had been nicely updated since we last stayed. Downstairs area was a great spot for the grandparents to join us and have their own space! Property managers made the stay easy from checking in to heading out. You can find bigger homes on North Cap but none that are worth the location you give up. You won’t regret choosing Beach s Edge!"
