"We traveled with our blended family of 7. Kids are 14-25 yeas old. The house and the property managers were fantastic. There was a lot of attention to detail with how the house was stocked- from full kitchen and cooking spices to plenty of umbrellas, beach towels and chairs. The views were stunning. The area has so much natural beauty and wildlife. We have travelled all over Florida and will definitely do this trip again. Highly recommend the Sundancer house and the whole experience."

"The Gran Palacio did not disappoint! It was everything we were hoping for - beachfront, pool, beautiful views, fishing, and plenty of space for the whole family. Things like the ice maker and 2 dishwashers in the kitchen were icing on the cake. We will definitely be back."

"The house was wonderful, more than we expected. It was stocked with everything needed for the house and the beach. The electric carts to go back and forth made things easy to go back and forth. Dina stayed in touch through out the rental process and stay to answer any questions. I recommend this place if you want some off the grid quiet alone time and a great place to stay."

"The cottage is absolutely wonderful if you like the old world feeling of natural wood and simple living. It was a refreshing getaway that is private and comfortable. The North end of the island is still recovering from the hurricanes and many homes are under construction. The overall condition of the island is in good shape. There is a ongoing debris field behind Mainstays that is shocking at first but becomes just part of the scenery after the first day. Guests going to the beaches on the south side drive by this area daily. Overall our first visit to North Captiva Island was wonderful and will visit again."

"We really enjoyed our week stay. We were a bit surprised with the kitchen and main gathering areas on the 3rd floor but after being on the island, better understand the reasoning! Kitchen was pretty well equipped. Bedrooms with restrooms were really nice so each couple or single had their own bathroom. Thank you!! Shallys was very responsive. The lookout area was great for watching the sunset. Beautiful sunrises on the 3rd floor deck. No concerns!"
