"Very convenient location to historic Rhinebeck. Less than a minute from downtown by car and maybe 10-15 minutes from Hyde Park. My room was spacious and clean. However, the place definitely is showing its age. Everything is a little dated and tired looking. I did have one small issue with the toilet seat and called the front desk. They were very professional and polite and handled the situation quickly and efficiently. The room had a coffee maker, microwave, mini-fridge, iron and ironing board and blow dryer. Price was very reasonable especially compared to other properties I looked at. So if you’re looking for a no frills, reasonably priced place to stay this fits the bill."

Toilet was very low... my knees were in my mouth. The toilet bowl seat was close to broken. We MAY come back if necessary. Hopefully, some of our current concerns will be remedied. Thanks"
