We stayed at Quest Residences for 8 days and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were warm, friendly, and always responded promptly to our requests. Housekeeping kept our unit clean and consistently provided fresh towels and other essentials. We also appreciated how quickly their engineering team assisted us with our Netflix connection and fridge concerns. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and really appreciated the great service. Highly recommended!

The good: Breakfast buffet was ample and fresh. Checking staff were good. The room bathroom faucet leaked and the drain broke every other day and it was gross when waste water came out of the cabinet base. Plumber “fixed” it twice and it was leaking again the last day. The pool is run down and dirty. The furniture in the top floor bar was grossly stained and the bartender made sloppy cocktails. 3 star property at best
