The team at the Quest were great. Helpful and attentive. But the hotel lets itself down by having most services operated by a 3rd party, you cannot charge laundry to the room, restaurant or bar charges or room service. I found this frustrating in what was otherwise a reasonable stay.

Pictures in website do not match with the hotel inventories kindly update cause it's misleading.. It was comfy yet we could have enjoyed it more if we get what we booked as advertised
