All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing (presentation and the quality of food). Only issue was the hallway carpet which was a little dated with permanent stains. Overall, I love staying at Seda. Thanks.

Seda at Ayala center is favorite of ours. We are here once every three months. We love the hotel location, room, and restaurant. Bell staff is super attentive with luggage, getting taxis or anything else you need.

Good location and the lounge on the top floor is pleasant and food reasonable. There is some construction at the neighboring mall that diminishes the view but I didn't notice any noise so not a bit issue for me. I suspect when it is all done the hotel will have a nice direct connection to the mall so that would be a nice plus.

A Good 6-Night Stay for Shopping I stayed here for 6 nights and had a good experience overall. The location is excellent if you are looking to do some shopping, and the staff were absolutely amazing throughout my stay. The property itself is pretty old, and the carpet in the hallway was quite dirty, which needs some attention. However, the room was decent and the breakfast was decent as well. It is a good choice if you want a great location and friendly service, despite the older facilities.

Overall, our stay was not disappointing at all. The hotel is clean and smells very good. Staff are very courteous and helpful with no expectations but it would be nice if other guests tip them as well. They deserve it.

Room is so outdated. Carpet needs to be updated, so old and looks dirty. Staffs were very helpful, it helps our stay better. Breakfast buffet was not so good experience. Seats and food selections are very limited.

Very nice hotel, close to lots of restaurants and Ayala Shopping Mall. Very delicious breakfast buffet but it gets very crowded so go early. The hot water was not working very well during our stay, but other than that very much enjoyed our stay.
