I complained about this but they didn’t fix it until I checked out. My asthma allergy was triggered due to molds brought by the dirty aircon unit. The staff didn’t take action to move me to another room. But in fairness, the food presentation per my request and the delivery is very good. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the bad internet signal in the rooms. Even when you can connect it seems heavily throttled (restricted). The breakfast is fairly good, but mostly a Filipino style breakfast. The pool is nice, not restricted like some places we have stayed. Over all it’s always a positive experience. The rooms very nice standard rooms. The staff was very nice and accommodating. They help find us a tour guide,it was not a service they provide but mad the connection for us. Right above Robinson's Mall which made it convenient for getting things needed. The location was excellent as walking to places was a nice added bonus and transportation was readily available.
