Cafe has a reasonable price too, internet not good in the room. Price for thermos of hot water is 30php. You have to ask or request for your room to be cleaned or put the sign outside your door unlike what we used to know that it is mandatory to clean room each day unless there’s a signage outside your door not to disturb. Across the street is McDonald’s, there’s also a supermarket where you can get everything you need for a wholesale price. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay. Cons - no toiletries except two small pieces of soap, no coffee making kettle. Passing through Plaza Independencia, you'll reach Pier1 where you can get on the ferries for Bohol Island and Ormoc. I mean the hotel location is very good. The problem is that I couldn't remember the hotel's name. But now I understand Sampaguita is the national flower of PH, ahaha. The Wifi doen't work, they could work on the wifi connection which are vital for guests staying long term.
