"I wanted to like this place more than I did, especially because the staff we encountered were all friendly and the hotel was clean as expected for a place of this caliber and cost, but we had an entire evening where loud video karaoke was playing throughout for hours, from 7-8 pm until 11 pm, and it was all too easy to hear in the room the whole time. Impossible to escape from. It was frustrating that it was so incessant and carried on for so long, and it really sullied our one-night stay."

"Pleasant resort, enjoyable stay despite a few concerns. Several buildings, from older cottages to a new 3-storey building. We stayed in a Superior Studio, This is a very nicely decorated room, large, brand new and clean, good beds and bathroom, desk area, aircon, balcony etc The pool is great, could use a few inexpensive plastic loungers. "This property need a lot of work done before I dare revisit it, I’ve been lied to by the staff, the taxi service scammed us every step of the way, different prices on everything, not worth going out there until they improve the service of their staff and the situation with their rooms, the room was subpar it wasn’t like exactly comfy, the room ac was buggy and the bathroom had a terrible stench/smell to it, the entire time we were there the pool was closed and the Landry was open then closed...

"We are family of 38 pax. Total 5 rooms. No trash can around the resort. Difficult to maintain cleanliness. Ac not working well. Water supply not good. WiFi not good. Lot of dogs at beach. Did not sleep well. Kids not happy. "

"Receptionist & Staff are very nice and friendly. Hotel facilities is very good. What I dont like is the road leading to the hotel, it’s very rough, dusty and I found it very inconvenient if u have to do some errands. I recommend it but you need to deal with the road."
