« Nice small boutique hotel with a old world style and furnishings. My room was small, but well appointed. Only wish the shower was nicer. Well located in the historic Over-The-Rhine neighborhood. »

« Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The room was fantastic—spotlessly clean with a huge, spacious bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. It’s also in a prime location surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. Highly recommend! »

« At check in after prepaying via Expedia for my stay they charge a $50.00 fee at the hotel. The room was clean but smelled musty. The bed and sheets was amazing. The location was good too. The pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was way too hot. Breakfast was fair. Biscuits and gravy was good. Eggs weren't so good. Waffles were ok. Plenty of coffee. « The grass outside was long and needed cut. The free breakfast was ugh. Eggs were gross orange juice was good. The worst yet though we had ants in out room. On the nightstand and stand the tv was on. We had a coke can covered in ants. We threw it away and put outside the door to be picked up. I requested that we get new trash cans and I had to ask twice within 45 min period to get a new trash can. »

« Waiting nearly 1 hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport and after 2 phone calls is not what I call good service, especially after being greeted by "sorry but..." »
