We were able to communicate with the front desk via text message which was super convenient and we even got an early check-in because our room was ready. Spendy hotel and I couldn't determine whether it was the people above us or beside us that were so loud it took quite a while to go to sleep. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and the only thing worse than that uncomfortable mattress was the pillows. I did immediately wake up the next morning and book an appointment for that afternoon with my chiropractor. We may have stayed at the hotel here and there in the future, but the inability to sleep due to the comfort of the amenities will keep me away from this hotel in the future. I wish the loudness and uncomfortable bed/pillows wasn't a thing. The restaurant started strong when we ordered drinks but then it was all downhill from the cheeseboard. How do you not WOW!!!! somebody with a cheeseboard? They are so easy and it's a total display of creativity and Choppins fizzled out from there.
