« Hi, I stayed at the Hilton in Cincinnati on december 4th and 5th. The experience wasn’t great. When I checked in I’ve been assigned a room that already had guest in it. I had to go back to the desk to get another one. The second room was bad with bath/shower clogged and even the sink was with black water coming out from the drain.
