"To be completely honest, I’d never stayed in a La Quinta, before. Had preconceived ideas about them. After our stay in Kentucky, I will now seek you out. The property was beautiful, and your staff second to none. I was MOST pleasantly surprised - and very happily so!!"

"Had to request a change in bed sheets, After 3 days, they only took out the trash & Didn't clean the sink. Made the request around 2pm & it took a couple of hours to get to me. The delay interfed with what I had scheduled. "

"Breakfast was good. Main complaint was that the toilet had not been cleaned. Seeing a dirty toilet makes you think other items are less clean. At hotel check in, I had a little trouble understanding the desk clerk’s English. "

"When we got there I had u knowingly ordered a smoking room. The smell as we came off the elevator was horrible. As we found our room two cigarette butts Kay in front of our door in the hallway??? That was shocking. The staff was on top of things and put us on a different floor in a clean smelling room. So my only problem I guess was with housekeeping."
