« The location was exceptionally neat, clean, well maintained and seems to have been recently updated. The common areas were comfortable and well appointed, the breakfast was more than ample, and the rooms were comfortable and modern. My only negative, and this is no fault of the management, because of the where the property is located, turning left out of the parking lot is pretty much impossible. I was there for business and would definitely stay there again for both business and pleasure. »

« Second time at the Pickle Factory one year apart. Excellent hotel and stayed in the themed Cigars & Bourbon room again. Location is great as you’re close to downtown Cincinnati but not in the middle of chaos. It is an Airbnb setup so check-in time is 4PM and the earliest you can enter is 3:30PM. Before that, parking was not available. Overall an excellent, room, hotel, and location. »

"It was difficult to get in as we needed an app to get in the apartment. The information given were misleading letting you think we could enter with a code. It took forever to get assistance. The place was “clean” in surface only. I had no sheets on both beds, we ask multiple time to get this fixed, but from lack of personal or communication they were never delivered. For me it’s a 2/10 only because of service to customers."
