"The staff at any hotel are front-face of the hotel. The staff I interacted with at the reception, restaurant and cleaning staff are excellent! They go out of their way to help! My only disappointment was I ran out of handkerchives on the first day and the box wasn't replaced. I'm not sure if that's a policy at the hotel. The room I had was a decent size and thankfully it was warm. As I was attending a conference I was not in the room much. For me, the hotel was very conveniently located and there is a supermarket nearby too."

"Clean rooms. helpful desk staff and available 24 hours. Had the best breakfast that we had during our stay in Europe. A very large selection of pastries, cereals, drinks, and hot buffet specialties.. Very good restaurant with indoor views along the street and enjoyable menu. Also very grateful how all the staff spoke English. It should not be taken for granted that these individuals have taken the time necessary to learn multiple languages. "

"Great hotel in a great location! Our room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast buffet was good quality with lots of selection. We also loved being able to walk just a few minutes to take the train to anywhere we wanted to go in the city. "

"The stuff was so lovely, especially into the breakfast and restaurant one of the girls give us a cake for our anniversary which was 30 year and also Stephanie was very helpful as well. I’ve got to say about the restaurant was that good? The gentleman that was serving and also the other younger girl, so happy with everything"
