"I was a very nice stay in a clean home, very impressed. The next statement are improvement suggestions. We had to clean the grill before using it. The grease trap underneath the burners was pretty thick and a potential fire hazard. The patio can use better lighting. The base of tub needs a new bead of chalking. The Brita water pitcher is cracked on the bottom and leaked in the refrigerator. We washed the hammock that smelled like dog my wife said. All in all a very nice comfortable stay."

However, one thing future guests should be aware of is the location. The property is situated right next to a public beach, and during our entire stay there were homeless individuals camped behind the property. While they did not directly interact with us, their consistent presence did affect the overall...

"Strategic location for beach, amusement parks and restaurants. Close to major freeways and airport. House has plenty of room across the three floors. Kids loved seeing the seaworld fireworks from the open air rooftop patio. This property has it all. Owner quickly addressed any of our questions and needs. "
