"The location is absolutely stunning, first of all. But the two running the hostel are some of the nicest and coolest people ive ever met. They speak English well and theyve been so helpful with whats around the area as well as all around Taiwan. They have international power sockets too, which makes it easy to charge right away. "The front desk staff was exceptional: polite, helpful, and very accommodating. We arrived at 6:30am flying all night from Los Angeles and didn't get good sleep on the plane. We asked if we could pay extra to check in early, even though there was no room available at that time, they tried and moved things around and was able to get us checked in at 9am with just a small early check in fee. We had our much needed rest in the hotel before heading out in the afternoon. I especially wanted to call out Carmen and her staff in helping us."
