"Wow, wow, wow… Our experience here was nothing short of perfection. The hotel itself is gorgeous, private and has every amenity you might need. The location is perfect, far enough from town, but not so far that you are out of reach. The hotel is close to the tourist shuttle bus stop and you can easily get around without a car or scooter. "This was a very nice property but I had thought it was going to be 5-stars (western standards). The staff was mixed. Nice front desk but less nice recreation area and hot spring front desk. Overall the facility was a bit tired but the springs were nice and the buffet was quite large and varied. The rooms were clean modern and spacious. "

"The hotel room had a beautiful view. The pool and slide was nice for the kids. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was pretty good. Overall, a good place to stay. It is a little farther from the Kenting night market, but there is a nightly shuttle bus."

"Cleanliness of the changing rooms to the hot springs needs to be improved. There was a used mask in the male steam room and an opened bottle of water on the table which were still there on the next day. Staff were attentive in the dining room and took away the dirty dishes promptly. "

"房間不確定到底有沒有清潔過，第一天晚上打開被子，在床上發現一個看起來像軟糖，聞起來西瓜味的東西，想說會不會是自己小朋友在球池玩的時候不小心帶回來的，就算了。結果第二天睡醒，老婆的皮膚開始出現蕁麻疹，人生第一次，去看了醫生後說可能是吃了甲殼類食物或是環境中出現了過敏原，雖然前一晚的晚餐也吃了蝦子，但我完全沒事，所以蝦子應該不是主因。"
