The weather was quite nice when we stay one night. We were enjoying the spa & hot spring. You might have to go on the top roof to use the hot spring without clothes

#### Amazing Stay

An absolutely stunning resort. The food was amazing and the staff were incredible. We lined the cold and hot springs and the variety of pools for use.

Wonderful property with beautiful clean facilities. We especially enjoyed the hot and cold plunges available in every room. The center of the hotel has cold and hot springs all around so moving from pool to pool was very fun and nourishing. Only drawback was that the dining options were pretty limited. They cater primarily to local tastes but staff and chef were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

In room private natural hotspring is fantastic! Tatami style room is awesome too. Overall a nice resort. Comfortable room experience. Disappointed that even bathrobe need to be rented tho. Also the breakfast food is just "average", nothing to write home about, just a "meh".

Wow! This may be the nicest place I’ve stayed at. My partner and I came with my parents. We hired a car to take us there from Taipei, but train would have been very convenient as well. I would say this place is primarily a cold spring with two hot spring options. The Suao area is known for cold springs so really great for the hot summers. Our room had two private bathing tubs, one for hot spring and the other cold or however you’d like it since you fill your own tub. We went in early May during the weekday and there were two other groups checked in. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. We only saw the other groups during breakfast. Breakfast was included and was delicious. Great variety and you will not leave hungry.

#### Excellent service, but worth the price?

The place was beautiful, clean, the staff extremely friendly and professional. Definitely on the high end side. There is a convenience store about a block away. Pros: Service was excellent Staff super friendly and helpful Hotel facilities are very well maintained Rooms were clean Restaurant food was pretty good At breakfast you can eat as much as you want, you just have to ask for it. The hotel premises have a very romantic and private atmosphere. Cons: Personally the biggest con was the bed. It was on the harder side so me and my boyfriend barely got any sleep and were sore the next morning. Room was small for the price. Amenities not provided (toothbrush, comb, etc) but available at then gift shop The breakfast is served as sets only instead of buffet. However, you can eat as much as you want and ask for different sets. Restaurant is packed at breakfast time, so need to wait in line.

The property was very well maintained and very well organized! The room was very nice with the hot and cold spring bath in the room! Had all amenities you need. The bed was very comfortable and AC worked well. Plus the rooftop hot and cold spring bath were amazing and unbeatable view of Su Ao. The staff were also very helpful, courteous, and polite. I was in town for work and my stay was dependent on the work, and the resident manager Lawrence was very accommodating and he also helped break the language barrier as his English was impeccable! Also like to thank Peter in the restaurant side for also being able to help translate and was very polite and professional. Thank you so much RSL hotel for a great , yet short, stay. I will be back and will also highly recommend this hotel to others if you are in the area.

#### 舒服放鬆的好地方

公共空間居然有小時候玩的任天堂紅白機，太懷念了～工作人員的服務都很好，雖然飯店有年紀了，但整體保養得還不錯，暑假平日去人不多，游泳池和溫泉與水療的空間用起來很舒服～～如果有機會還會再拜訪～～

#### 美好放鬆的假期

櫃檯詳細解說，飯店設施完善，早餐是點餐的方式上餐的，不用擔心吃不飽因為都可以續點，中庭水療、景觀池、游泳池、12F還有付費裸湯可以用，不過房間也有冷泉、溫泉，這次旅程滿滿的放鬆充電感，下次還會回來試試SPA按摩。 附近也有許多景點南方澳漁港可以吃海鮮、或到豆腐岬海灣 都是停車很方便的景點。 這次和家人同行 一間日式、一間洋式 環境整潔良好。 我覺得有一個小小地方可以改進，飯店有提供洗衣設施，但沒有瓦斯乾衣機，只有洗脫烘會花較久的時間，希望飯店能考慮設置乾衣機。

親子遊玩好地方，玩水泡水設施眾多種類，房間沒有很大但有很大的雙浴池非常優秀，vip有免費高樓裸湯spa體驗，還不錯可以遠看蘇澳美景，早餐單點吃到飽，還可以！工作人員態度都非常好。
