"Lin is a very friendly front office worker (owner), who speaks excellent English and gave a detailed welcome tour of the cold spring. Lin also provides extra towels and a pillow as requested. The hotel floors are brand new and rooms have good AC. The cold spring bath was clean and we really enjoyed it. Amazing value too!"

"The room was stylish and incredibly clean. I was especially impressed by how spotless the bathroom was—it’s always a huge plus when the facilities are that well-maintained. Although I arrived late and didn't get a chance to use it, the common area looked very cozy with comfy sofas, a large TV, and even some games. The cafe downstairs opens early and serves an amazing, hearty breakfast. It was perfect for me as an early-bird cyclist. Most hostels in Taiwan start breakfast at 8:00 AM, so this place is great if you need to hit the road early! "

Your presence gave us great peace of mind. To the Housekeeping team, especially Miss Eko, thank you for keeping our room 0617 so clean and comfortable. Your attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The Events team on Level 3 deserves a special mention as well. The door hang activity was such a meaningful and creative experience — suitable for all ages, and it added a unique touch to our stay. We truly enjoyed participating. We were also thoroughly impressed by the Buffet team and the Chefs, who prepared delicious special set meals with so much care and flavor. Every meal was a delight. "Right in front of the Luodong train station. Convenient for the bus terminal as well. Minimal amenities in the room! No luggage rack. Asked for a couple of stools instead. Bedside table is a tiny round table just big enough for the telephone. Had to throw the phone under the bed to create room for our stuff! Otherwise the room was fine."
