"This cottage is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the cute downtown area of Marion. Host had a small box of chocolates from a local shop that was a nice welcome when I arrived. Cottage was clean and primary bed was comfy, however street lights shined in at night but there were blinds in the closet that I presume will be getting hung up to help with that. Way more spacious than it appears from the outside. Family said it was comfortable for sleeping and gave it a thumbs up. Gorgeous kitchen. Great communication by the owner. Will definitely keep in mind if we need to book a place again."

"This is a great little property that served as a perfect home base for a guys weekend set around an Iowa football game. The garage and grill were definite pluses. We will definitely consider using this property again for another similar outing in the future. The host was great to work with!"

"John was great in communicating to us. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not operating correctly upon arrival and the first night was a little toasty in the house! But the next morning it was repaired and cooled down so we slept comfortably! The house was clean and beds were comfortable. It’s unfortunate that the air conditioning was not working properly for one of the two nights we were there."
