Enjoyed the location and friendliness of the staff. The shower was a little dirty and gross, but the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay and hallway was pretty noisy at night.

A beautiful place in a great location, close to everything, including the subway station, restaurants, pizzerias, and other amenities. The place was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it and would gladly stay here again.

I had a great stay at The Grayson Hotel in NYC. The hotel has a modern, stylish atmosphere, and the location is very convenient for exploring the city. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall good stay. Room had steady drip sound, that I assume was coming from the pipes but it was a nice room nice shower and a nice view. Room was clean but there was one day where we didn’t get fresh bedding the housekeeper just re made the bed. Those are my only complaints, it really wasn’t a bad stay at all.

Have stayed here multiple times and will look staying in the future, now with a toddler, excellent location, loved having access to bar harta, rooms were spacious for nyc standards, friendly staff. Cons: no fridge in room, lobby on the smaller side so can be chaos on busy days, short staffed so sometimes hard to get someone on the phone

The hotel has a magnificent location. Super easy to walk to major attractions and metro stations. The breakfast was pricey but since the hotel is super well located you can grab something better at a more affordable price. I do recommend it.
