I loved the cleanliness of the hotel, how quiet my floor was especially considering I was by the elevator. My bathroom ceiling started leaking and I called the front desk to report it. I got a little push back from the receptionist but someone came immediately and rectified the situation. I appreciated the letter which offered additional assistance. The room was clean, except for a top shelf in the closet. It was dusty, but you had to be tall as I am to see the dust. Also I had to turn of the heat at night as the system is very noisy; a real deterrent to sleep. Ice maker on my floor was empty for two days or out of order. I will still return to the Renaissance again.
